The purpose of this brief is to address recent
confusion about deployment models for Mobile WiMAXT networks. The deployment of
Fixed WiMAXT networks to address "last mile" broadband access has been highly
successful in the last few years, and that model is reasonably well understood.
However, the deployment of Mobile WiMAX by existing mobile operators has
highlighted some important questions, the answers to which this paper provides
high level direction. |
