Oscillator handles wide temperature range
The 1119 module uses high-power advanced GaN transistors to achieve an output of 50W with high efficiency, low distortion and wide dynamic range.
The new device achieves a stability of +/-2 parts per billion over commercial temperatures and +/-3 parts per billion over industrial temperatures, while phase noise is specified as -155dBc/Hz for a 10kHz offset at a nominal frequency of 10MHz.
