Wananchi Telecom launches ambitious expansion plan

Kenya Telecoms NAIROBI, Jul 25 (Moneybiz)--Kenya's Internet Service Provider Wananchi Telecom has launched US$ 100 million expansion plan that will see the company target investment opportunities across Africa.

The company also hopes to attract more capital from the various projects it plans to roll out later this year. The firm's CEO Euan Fannel said Wananchi plans to expand its share of the local market with a big leap into the home and corporate segments of the ICT market.
